CALIBRATION

Verify, Calibrate and adjust the geometry and accuracy in all three axes. Perform Standard Calibration, Volumetric Calibration or Laser Calibration when required according to Manufacturers Specification. Standards traceable to NIST and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10012:2003 and the latest ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Accreditation #66788. In addition, CMM Systems, Inc. is an Accredited Laboratory through Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc: Certificate # L22-406.

Supply Inspection Sticker, Certificate of Accuracy & Traceability and Calibration Report plotted in color to graphically display how each Axis physically appears. This plot allows the operator to locate the “Highest Accuracy Zone” on the machine(s). In addition, you will receive the before and after data on your equipment.

REPAIR

CMM Systems, Inc. will trouble-shoot and repair your Coordinate Measuring Machine(s) or your Optical Comparator(s), whether the problem is electronic or mechanical.

TRAINING

CMM Systems, Inc. can provide instruction on a wide array of measurement Software; such as Caliper Designs “PC-DRO”, and “3D-Workshop”, Mitutoyo Geo-pak 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 6000 plus MCOSMOS, Brown & Sharpe’s Reflex & Micro-Measure III and IMS Virtual DMIS, Nikon Metrology’s “CMM-Manager” software package, plus many others.
